How often do I need to clean my windows?
It is recommended that you clean your inside and outside windows twice a year. Some of our customers prefer to be on contract where we come by three times a year.

Are your cleaning products safe?
Most definitely. Our cleaning products are 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly.

How do you clean the gutters?
We clean the gutters by hand to ensure all debris are cleared from the gutters. Sometimes we have to use a hose to wash out all of the debris and ensure your downspouts and outlets are running smoothly.

Does the weather effect my services?
Our services can be done all year round with the exception of days with high winds and heavy rain or temperatures below freezing.

What do I need to do before you arrive?
If we are cleaning your home windows you need to ensure that all of your windows are closed and any screens that cannot be removed by us from the outside are removed by you. This is to ensure that all windows can be cleaned.
Please have your property gates unlocked for easy access. We may need to use your water so please have it turned on.

Do you have Work Safe BC coverage? Insurance?
Yes, we have full WCB Coverage as well as insurance. WCB #887073-AQ.

What about keeping my property clean?
We are very careful to keep your property clean by protecting it from our equipment. We always remove our shoes when entering a home and clean up afterwards.

Do I have to be home for these services?
If you are getting inside window cleaning done then someone will need to be home to let us in. For all other services you do not need to be home, but please leave the gates unlocked so we have easy access to your property.
How much do your services cost?
